Horary Question
by Dr. Gary Price, QHP, MACC, Brady's Fixed Star Course
I currently work in China and am often getting mail from the states or elsewhere. In such a remote place it usually takes a long time for things to arrive and on one occasion I had mail go missing. In fact the letter was shoved into my mailbox, minus course material and an envelope. As I am a student of the Theological Seminary for the Liberal Catholic Church Priesthood, I was rather worried that something else might go missing as I usually read controversial topics that do not actually 'fall in line' with government thinking in this country, hence stolen material is not uncommon, though I have never been questioned by the authorities.
I currently have a sponsor. He and I are friends and in communication with each other daily at the school where I work. My usual routine is to teach Sunday to Wednesday, with the remaining week free. I was just getting prepared to leave town for a couple of days when I called and enquired if my mail had arrived (expecting newspaper and book). He said it had not. As it had been some time since I had seen anything come, I decided to pose the question.

23 Leo Rises and I am shown by the Sun in Gemini in the house of friends. It is he that I depend upon. I take Mercury as my 2nd house ruler of books, newspapers and general papers and things. It is proximity of the Sun; in fact you could say it is 'combust' which makes me wonder if the parcel had been damaged in some way or opened and read by the authorities, as is usually the case. Mercury also shows him. I believe this weak condition of combustion indicates that he knows not whether it had arrived.
The Moon is locally situated in the 10th in Gemini with Venus. I judged the book was with a woman. Lilly states if the Moon or the ruler of the thing enquired about be in the 10th then the item is in the office. I called back my sponsor and asked him to check again as it appears that my mail has indeed arrived. He asked how I was so confident that it indeed had arrived and I stated that it was just a gut feeling that I had.
About 5 minutes later he telephoned back and said he had checked with the woman (Venus) in the Mailroom and indeed it had arrived just today and he would deliver it henceforth.
